Tim has a degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University where he was a member of the NDSU football team and baseball team. He continues to stay active with various sports and also loves spending time with his family. Tim lives in Minneapolis with his wife Alisha, daughters Brooklyn, Sydney and son Dylan.

Vaughn Kavlie

Say hello to Vaughn—a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS™) and Mortgage Branch Manager. Vaughn entered the financial services industry in 1989 where he worked primarily with independent community banks, financial planners, and professional associations. Vaughn has trained and given seminars to hundreds of professionals about the real estate marketplace, and has also appeared numerous times as a mortgage industry guest on WCCO Radio.

Vaughn is a graduate of Moorhead State University where he studied business. He is active in his church, enjoys serving as a school board member, and partakes in many different sports and outdoor activities. Vaughn and his wife, Deb, have two adult children and reside in Eden Prairie, MN.
